How do I get a quote?+
Getting a quote is simple — reach out via our contact page with a brief overview of your project and we'll respond with a tailored proposal within 1–2 business days.
Do you work with self-publishing authors?+
Absolutely. We offer end-to-end self-publishing support, from editing to platform-ready files for Amazon KDP and IngramSpark.
How long does a typical project take?+
Timelines vary by scope. A standard eBook conversion takes 1–2 weeks. Full editorial and design projects range from 4–8 weeks. We're always happy to accommodate urgent deadlines.
Do you sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements?+
Yes — confidentiality is a standard part of how we work. We are happy to sign your NDA or use our own. Your manuscript and project details are never shared outside your project team.
What file formats do you accept?+
We accept Word (.docx), PDF, InDesign (.indd), ePub, and most other publishing formats. For typesetting, we can work from raw Word manuscripts or near-final PDFs. Just ask if you're unsure.
Do you work with international publishers?+
Yes — we work with publishers and authors worldwide. Our team operates across time zones and we have experience with UK, US, EU, and South Asian publishing standards and style guides.
Can you handle large backlist accessibility projects?+
Yes. Our HoloRemedi platform is purpose-built for scale — processing hundreds of files with AI-assisted remediation, alt text generation, and certified compliance reports for entire backlists.
